My name is Karen McClintock and I am a certified Primal Health Coach with a passion for sharing knowledge via my guests and myself.
I created the show to be a platform for others to share their inspiring stories. I believe we are at our best when we tap into out true selves and share with the world what really lights us up.
The show has become diverse over the last few years, because what makes up that better body can be a multitude of elements. Everyone is different with a specific genetic makeup so experimentation is key when working out what aligns with you and your journey.
I am excited to see where the show goes, but what is most important to me, is that I serve you fully as a listener.
