My current experimental workout from Dave Asprey

1 set of each until failure using a decent weight for you (roughly two minutes each, moving slowly with minimal stopping)

  • Seated Row
  • Chest Press
  • Lat pull down
  • Overhead press (I use dumbbells)
  • Leg Press

This should take you any longer than 20 minutes
